The German company Pressol specializes in the production of lubrication equipment and workshop technology. With the invention of an oil pump in 1914, Jakob Preßl laid the foundation for the company in 1920. Starting in 1949, the product range was expanded to include other types of oil and drum pumps. Funnels, measuring cups, and tall cabinets were also added to the lineup. In 1975, patented hand lubrication devices and accessories were introduced and distributed worldwide. The company began its activities in workshop technology in 1986 with the development of pneumatic oil and grease pumps. Today, Pressol is the leading manufacturer in the industry, producing around 83 million individual parts for 2,500 finished products. The company’s headquarters are located in Umkirch near Freiburg. With over 13 branches in Germany, the company is active across Europe, the Middle East, and Central America.
