GFS Werkzeuge & Spantechnik GmbH was founded in 1968 in Nuremberg as a sales company for cutting tools. The establishment of its own production facility in Roßtal and the development of innovative products have secured the company a strong position in the market for high-performance cutting tools, particularly in the field of countersinking tools. The integration of the production line from Ludwig Marchner GmbH in Munich, a manufacturer of punching dies, expanded GFS Spantechnik’s product range in 1997. Circle cutters and punching devices increased the manufacturer’s production depth.

With the GFS milling cutter, cutting holes and annular grooves is particularly easy. Thanks to its advanced system, both plastic and metal can be processed. Moreover, this tool allows for particularly deep penetration. It also offers optimized chip removal. For universal machining tasks, the conical countersink is ideal. This tool can be used for both long and short clamping parts. A special advantage of the conical countersink is that the cutting surface can be resharpened after wear.
